Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Policy

We're a Local Family Business

At La Sierra Furniture, we're proud to be a family-owned business serving Houston and surrounding communities. Unlike large national retailers, our customers are our neighbors, friends, and families. We believe in treating every customer with honesty, respect, and personal attention.

If you ever have a concern about your order, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our goal is always to find a fair solution and provide the kind of service that only a local family business can offer.


Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services throughout Houston, Texas, and many surrounding cities within approximately 300 miles of Houston.

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to help.

Orders placed outside our delivery area may be canceled and refunded before delivery is scheduled.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After that period, your furniture may already be in processing, reserved, or scheduled for delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.


Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Furniture is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Because furniture is delivered, assembled, and handled specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns after an item has been delivered and accepted.

However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us. If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact our team directly. As a family-owned business, we review concerns individually and work hard to find reasonable solutions whenever possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the products we sell.

If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the situation promptly and work with you toward a repair, replacement, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.


Please Inspect Your Furniture Upon Delivery

We kindly ask customers to inspect their furniture when it arrives.

If there are any visible concerns, please notify our delivery team immediately so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.


Mattress Purchases

For health and sanitation reasons, mattresses cannot be returned after delivery unless there is a verified manufacturing defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
